Hunter hasn't had a great time lately.
To be fair, if one were to ask Hunter how things were going up until three months ago, he would've answered that he was having the time of his life. Millenia of fighting and killing, all those who were around him whether they were friendly forces or enemies , earning himself the nickname "The Breaker" due to his hit on both friendly and enemy morale when on the battlefield, all of these were what he lived for alongside his childhood friend.
Then, out of nowhere, he was ambushed, beaten, stripped of his power and banished. It was horrific, it was a betrayal of everything he knew.
And it was embarrassing.
Hunter would make them pay. Just as soon as he regained his power, and managed to get back to his own realm.
Traits: A Makai is born capable of manipulating an "Evil Heart" and thus can grant someone a boost in power. +3% PL to anyone, +8% PL to a character who is "Evil" in nature. Effect lasts for thread. (Is said to be addictive).

Abilities:
Flight - Be able to fly or levitate.
Energy Suppression - Able to hide your Power Level from scouters or Energy Sense
Black Water Mist - Hunter has gained the ability to heal or regenerate some damage by drinking blood! When he does his power grows for a short time as well (+8% PL for 10 posts after drinking someone's blood.)
(10%) Eye Beam: Hunter blasts beams from his eyes, true to the name!
(+35%) Burst Knuckle: A punch invented by the Lightning Dragon in his early days, to make up for his lack of speed and accuracy when fighting stronger combatants
Basic Magic - Basic Magic is a different force in the world and this skill takes three training posts in a row to learn. Basic Magic gives the user the ability to use Magic Items and use Magic abilities instead of Ki abilities. (Crystal Ball's, Bancho Fan, Power Pole. Abilities like healing energy, transmutation and teleportation.)
Real Magic - Real magic like Basic Magic takes three training posts in a row to learn. Real Magic gives you access to using Magic abilities instead of Ki abilities bypassing Ki defenses, but acting like Ki. Magic is based on life and death energy, and illusions allowing you to use healing spells without any power level loss, and death/damage spells for offense.
Magic Ability: Clothes Beam - Able to materialize any kind of clothes he wishes or repair clothes through magic.
Magic Ability: Summon HFIL Pistols - These blasted pistols were crafted with loving care, paradoxically, something that Hunter has always enjoyed. When summoned, any spell cast through them is 2% more effective.
Magic Ability: Invisibility - Hunter refracts the light around him, becoming invisible to the naked eye. Can still be detected through other means, such as ki-sensing, infrared sensors, etc.
Magic Ability: Portal - Hunter creates a magic circle inscribed with runes for teleportation. He (or anyone with him) can use this circle to travel through time and space instantly to another place. The amount of magical power put into the circle directly results in how far the portal can travel, with barely any power required to clear tens of feet, while massive amounts of power allow for transporting between planets.
Magic Ability: (0%-20%) Grasp of the Great Devourer - Hunter summons six black tendrils that burst forth from his torso. These tendrils deal no damage, but have a grip strength of his power level +20%.
Magic Ability: Schism - Hunter creates a clone of himself from his own life force. Each clone lowers his power level by 5% to maintain, and each clone has a power level of 10% of Hunter's. Clones can perform any ability that Hunter himself knows, and upon death, return their power and knowledge to him, restoring the power loss.
Magic Ability: Body Replacement - Only available when Hunter has a clone present. Hunter swaps places with his clone instantaneously.
Magic Ability: (10%) Dregs of the Deep - Dark energy enveloped in a white outline, these small balls are drawn to the dregs of the soul. Once cast, they gradually pick up speed, and have been known to alter their course while in flight to hit moving targets.
Magical Ability: (10%) Drain Life - Hunter fires a green beam that latches on to his target, then starts draining the victim's vitality, inflicting his PL in damage +10%. Hunter heals for half the damage inflicted as long as this ability is channeled, which can be broken by dealing damage to Hunter.
Magical Ability: (15%) Rakshasa's Dark Hand - Hunter summons a massive twenty feet wide, golden hand with claws. The hand responds to verbal commands and has a strength of Hunter's power level +15%.
Magic Ability: (15%) Deadshot - Hunter loads his guns with Deadshot ammo. Each bullet deals Hunter's PL +15% in damage and inflicts Blood Rot.
Magic Ability: (negative 10%-positive 20%)Blood Rot: Deals 90% of Hunter's PL in damage and heals him for the same amount, then gains a stack. Each stack deals an additional 5%, up to a maximum of 6 stacks. Can be removed through any magical healing/purification ability, or by burning it out with focused Ki power.
Magic Ability: (negative 10%-positive 20%)Blood Rot: Deals 90% of Hunter's PL in damage and heals him for the same amount, then gains a stack. Each stack deals an additional 5%, up to a maximum of 6 stacks. Can be removed through any magical healing/purification ability, or by burning it out with focused Ki power.
Magic Ability: (20%) Dark Affinity: Hunter creates a mimicry of mortal life. This mimicry is attracted to life itself, and will jealously chase after those it was made in the style of. However, its nature is directly opposite to true life, and as such, contact will cause it to explode, dealing Hunter's power level plus 20%.
Magic Ability: (20%) Path of Self Destruction - Every clone Hunter creates has a hidden self-destruct ritual imbued in their very essence. Hunter can activate this spell from any distance, causing the clone to explode dealing Hunter's PL +20% in damage.
Magic Ritual Ability: (15%-60%) Ancient Calamity - Hunter performs a magic ritual for four posts, complete with drawing a symbol on the ground. As long as he is uninterrupted and takes no other action, the ability grows in power by 15% per post. Upon completing the ritual, Hunter sends out a blast that strikes anywhere he can see, causing a devastating explosion. Up to +60% PL in damage.
Magic Ability: Supplicative Empowerment - The user stays in place and chants in a ritualistic manner, kneeling on the ground. As long as their concentration is maintained, the target gains +10% base Power Level. This ability stacks with itself if others perform the technique as well.
