"We are not in the habit of letting aliens handle violent outbursts in our hospitals on their own. I am sure the warriors on your planet are no different."
He was still waiting to see if she would power down or keep holding on to her energy. Aggressive actions or not, being powered up as she was still meant this situation could turn aggressive.
"It is up to you if you choose to also come peacefully and explain yourselves to our Guardian and your dignitaries. Or if you would like to escalate this situation further."
But he couldn't back down. This was literally his duty as a warrior of Namek.

Okara sighed and scratched the back of his head.
"While I get what you're saying, once again I have to reiterate that she had nothing to do with it. If you want me, I'll come quietly. But my mother goes free. If that's not something you're up for then we do have a problem."
He'd stare, waiting. It was up to Limax whether he wanted to fight them both, or just take the one who perpetrated the crimes.
Either way, with a grunt, Okara would begin raising his power level while waiting for an answer.

Keerie chuckled. Honestly, she hadn't realized she was still transformed. As Okara's power level climbed she set a gentle hand on his shoulder.
"Anything after the previous point makes us look to be fully in the wrong, violent aliens, if you will. If this Namekian is so hellbent on bringing us both, then by all means."
Her own power ebbed, and she lost the few inches of hair she'd gained, leaving her with a very short coat of pale blonde hair in its wake.
"Shall we, then?"
The quiet blue steel of her eyes glinted.

He threw out a hand to stop his mother.
"I said no."
He stared at Limax.
"I am willing to entertain this idea that I am to blame. Mostly because I am. I won't entertain the idea that she is in any way responsible. Because she isn't. I agreed to turn myself in- he can get over the fact that you protected me from him. That's your job as my mother. He doesn't like it, tough."
He wasn't sounding angry, he actually seemed very calm, and collected.
Okara's name might take a hit- but one of the leaders of the family?
No way.

Limax still didn't power up despite Okara's outburst. If anything he was pleased to see that the Mother was being reasonable at least. He honestly didn't want to fight them. Not only because it likely wouldn't end well for him. But he'd fought Okara and found him to be a true warrior. And that meant somewhere in his chest he had to have the honor of one. Even if he was acting like a child right now.
"Your Mother has the right of it. You are injured right now. And even if you over power me and kill me that will only make things worse for the both of you."
He dropped his arms however, prepared for Okara to keep escalating things. It was looking more and more like this might actually come to a fight. Well once again, Okara wouldn't find him as easy to take out as before.
"Other warriors will have already been called. Would you fight them too? Would you start a war?"

Sometimes it was nice being an Android, since hospital staff called for the Alliance Military Leon had been tracking this disturbance. Amazingly high power levels were involved and mixed together on his scanners. He interviewed a few witnesses and got parts of the story, when he arrived ont he scene likely unnoticed because...You know, Android and all, he'd simply watch and listen, though things seemed tense.
The power levels were already out of a comfort zone for handling this sort of situation solo. He'd finally sigh, forcive habit from being alive and flout down to the group.
"Everyone calm down. This is now Alliance Military matters. Limax, return to the Guardian and inform him of our present situation... Please."
He'd turn to look back at the two scanning both quickly, even though he knew Okara well enough, his files needed updating, as well they were both dignitaries in their own right. Lots and lots of legal issues should this go anywhere else.
"Okara, miss. Please follow me, you are not under arrest, I simply need your official statements. Once I have those you are free to go, but please stay on world until after the peace summit has ended. King Vegeta will need to help in coming up with an appropriate punishment, if there is one to be had."

Okara's eyes narrowed.
"Would you? Over her protection of me? Who did she hurt? What destruction did she wrought? Even fighting you, she left and came to me. Saiyans just don't do that."
He'd shake his head.
"No. I wouldn't start a war. I have to wonder, though, what kind of planet allows it's warriors to threaten war on nobody's authority but their own. My family is royalty- we could stake claim to suggesting war to our King based on this, but we couldn't claim to order it on our own. If you want to force this, on that threat, then I I have no choice. We will come. But you will have made an enemy today for nothing."
He'd allow Limax to respond, but unless he decided to allow Keerie to leave, he'd wave Limax on...before he saw the android. Okara would nod.
"Very well."
He'd go with Leon.

Despite the sharp gesture, Keerie's hand remained motionless on Okara's shoulder. Not even a squeeze that could be taken for either reassurance or reprimand.
The blonde's steely gaze continued to be fixed on Limax, but it was only with the arrival of the unknown oddity that she blinked...and turned her attention to him. The threats he uttered served their side, after all. They hadn't mentioned war, and Limax escalated things from a fight to full on racial war.
She was silent at his words, for the most part.
"Keerie Blaze. And you are..?"
Rather than being brusque, she was quite curious. Her tone was still neutral, though; he was apparently with the Alliance Military..? Interesting. And no need to snap out at him, and she wasn't present with the King and Dahveid for the introduction the android gave to every arrival, seemingly.

"I think you misunderstand the natural progression of events from continuing to strike out against the people of Namek with the idea of myself declaring war. I still have not powered up to fight you, nor have I made suggestion of the punishment that would befall you or your Mother once you came with me."
He shook his head at Okara's words.
"The one choosing to make enemies is you. I am not the one that unleashed destruction in a building for the sick and injured. I am not the one that fled the scene, nor am I the one that attacked first. Every act of aggression of this incident from the start to now has been from either your Mother or yourself."
He didn't feel Leon so much as hear him when he landed. And frankly if the Alliance military was stepping in then Limax had no problem allowing them to handle it. The unified forces of Humanity and Namek were much better equipped to handle the two of them than he was. And this would allow him to inform the Guardian and the Elder sooner, that way this can be dealt with.
"Yes Sir."
He gave the Android a small bow before flying off.

He'd shake his head as Limax left. He'd turn back to Leon and Keerie.
"Leon...I want to make something clear. I don't deny what I did, the same as I didn't deny it to that Namekian. I simply refuse to allow her to suffer for the crime of being my parent and trying to protect me. I'll tell that to the entire council if I have to- Limax is right to chase me down and wish to bring some semblance of order from what happened- we merely disagreed on my mothers impact. Let me state again- she had none."
He didn't care if Limax saw his words as some form of high-handed pride. He had shattered that idea by simply agreeing to be taken in by another planets military. What Limax wanted- what Okara saw as Limaxs' desire- was to bring in his mother too in order to display the "strength and pride" of the Namekian war machine. To besmirch his name further. Okara simply wouldn't allow that.
He made a mental note of the Namekian. He'd make sure the little green man paid for this, in the end.
"Anyway. I just want it on the record that Keerie saw what I was doing in my pain-induced rampage and simply tried to stop me herself. Limax was a threat to me and her instincts kicked in to protect. Nothing more."

Leon would watch Limax leave, listening to both speak. He would give it some more time because he knew how good Namekian hearing is.
"It will be on record. I have no complaints from my interviews of your mother, only from what I over heard earlier between Limax and Miss Blaze."
Leon would then look to Keerie.
"Your people know me as Lightning Dragon, my name is Leon Sudeki. Though I am an android now."
He would begin soundlessly hovering and turning around slowly.
"Shall we?"

Okara would nod.
"Thank you."
He'd lift himself to fly with Leon, following his orders.

"Missus, actually. But, I do wonder what, exactly, you overheard?"
The steel in her eyes didn't fade away with his introduction, nor would it for some time...but she did incline her head slightly towards him. Dragon titles were something among Saiyans themselves. To hold one when he clearly hadn't even been Saiyan before...
Well, he garnered respect.
"Lead on."
She would lift off the ground, keeping Okara in her peripheral vision just in case he needed help. Or at least...a bolstering hand.

Leon would move at a leisurely pace (Speed: 2,500) simply because he wasn't in a hurry and Okara was obviously fucked up and needed some more medical attention. He inclined his own head in apology for misusing the term of her relationship status, which meant Dahveid was free. He really needed a larger information net.
"Simply that after the three of you escaped the scene, Limax was assaulted by Keerie to prevent Limax from bringing Okara down. For all anyone knew Okara was just another berserk Saiyan, though very powerful."
Continuing his flight path he'd look back and smile.
"Though culturally everyone is rather understanding, it all depends on how severe the injuries are for those caught in the hospital destruction."

Okara blinked, wincing a little in follow up at the pain he was feeling. But he would not ask for help. Instead, he'd pitch in.
"I remember hitting the doctor, and firing a blast at Keerie that wreck my room but....I don't remember hurting anyone else. I will pay reparations to their family and publicly apologize, if that will help."
He'd glance to his mother but offer nothing else of substance.
