(Rhona’s involvement in her home town to rebuild. Since the loss of her parents and home a good portion of the area began to lose population and has slowly started to be come abandoned. Before it’s too late she has decided to build homes without a single hammer or nail. With the aid of willing participation from the Prison system and anyone else who wishes to join in the efforts.

In a room inmate’s gathering on their free time which she waits at the head of the room arms crossed and she counted.
Her expression softened and her shoulders relaxed. Honestly she wasn’t sure anyone would show up. But they did now she had to win them over.
Something her new found family said that struck a cord with her. At the time she was alright just being her but that was suddenly struck with a single question. It was hit with a small sentence…
“What if…?”’
Did Rhona want to take over the world? No not really. But if she could grow her own clan of sorts maybe even cause some real security in this world. Maybe she can protect the very ground that buried her family. Maybe it can remain a foundation for her future family yet made.
To what extent will she go? And what can she accomplish with so little? Could she even count on the faces that showed up here today?
They were convicts some are considered completely rotten… but she knew them as people too. So maybe just maybe she can earn their trust.
The flyer that brought them was relatively simple. It listed the meeting room and timeline while stating; “Rhona Hall creating an opportunity to rebuild and help you get out. Introducing a new program to rebuild a destroyed community.”
Black and white and plain as day.
That got their interest she now had to sell it.
“Thank you for coming.” She started in a low voice. Her shoulders hardened and her arms remained folded. Her stance went firm. “I’m about to sell you something and it’s not cheap. It will not cost you anything but time and sweat. I’ve put in a request to rebuild a community not terribly far from us, the community I was raised in. I own the land by birth right. And I want you to build your future homes on it.”
“Don’t want a home on my land? How about I give you the strength to get what ever it is you do want?” She unfolded her arms and patted her chest with a side ways fist softly. “I’m not special. You can get this too. You can take some passes at me and extend your power to its limits and grow your own ability. And you can help the others build their home.”
“You want to shorten your sentences? Once again… Help the others build their homes and it will help you. I will see what I can do about getting your case looked at too.” She looked at every face.
“If none of this interests you then you can leave now.” She stared she paused here to let the others sort themselves.
That was the sales pitch and she breathed. To any who remained if any left she cleared her throat. “If you sign off on this we will ride to the land and without so much as a nail and a shovel we’ll be building foundations with our bare hands… it is possible. We’ll work our hours spending select days there, eat a lunch, work more, and come back by dinner. While we are there we’ll be accompanied by a hand full of security but you’ll actually be my responsibility.”
She shrugged. “If you run from the site I have to chase you, I’ll be there to diffuse the situation if you fight and you’ll follow consequences as normal for your time in prison. If we can’t work then this program falls apart. If it works then actually we’ll be able to apply for funding and support.”
She took a deep breath. “When your homes are built and you are free to live in them. You can stay as long as you want… my ultimate goal is to create a sustainable living environment. We’ll earn money and gain resources. Your home will belong to you and your loved ones as it’s passed on. Your dedication to the community will strengthen it.”
“If you are released from your sentencing you are free to come and go. With or without a home you can just leave. However cause trouble again and I just might still be the one to come after you. So unless you surpass me… don’t cause trouble on Earth that you are not prepared to face the consequences of. If… we can not reduce your sentence… if I can not free you from your crimes. We’ll draw up an agreement on what to do with your home. I can’t make any promises, I can only give us both a chance.
