With her explorations still on her list there was one other being with inhabited Plant and were given a similar unfortunate treatment by the Tuffles of being “placed elsewhere.” She felt it only fair that she would try and visit them. They in her view seemed easy enough to get along with now days but to personally place herself in their views certainly going to be interesting.
She went into the head of her snail and flipped a couple of switches. When she did this a low hum began and an almost liquid noise began to form as the bottom of the snail changed to stretch into wings and her motor began to switch power directions. It took quite a bit of energy to power a trip to space and it would be a few hours with her ship only cruising at a passable speed. But she felt it lift and float forward and up with plenty of room in the field she was in and gently coasting to gain air. “The wings” flowed up and down in an almost wave pattern. It was more like flying through water instead of air as it went.
Within those hours she tried to gather all her known information and all her plans to ask the right questions and courses of action depending on how she would be received.

Nen's information would let her know the Feudal era the original race of New Planet Plant was in. They hardly even could tell the difference between this terra formed moon and their original planet, so most just assumed it was still. The planet's surface has 9 kingdoms which inhabit a singular mega continent, each named after the originator of the kingdom, as they had been steadily in a 100 year period of near constant war she would know there were originally over 50 kingdoms and independent countries at it's offset.
The race is known as Sobani. They have seen rapid growth since their interactions with the Tuffles. Many of the race are considered early philosophical leaders, creating codes of conduct and intellectual understanding. However, they are still much like they were originally, and consider might in combat to be one of the leading ways to rule their world.
The race it's self is blessed with an abundance of Qi in high concentrations, if it were not for their war like culture they would likely be one of the longest living races. Their clothes are seemingly based on their own natural armor and is worn as further armor. There are some cloth like things to wear, but most appreciate a full body of armor and a masked helmet to go along with it. It's suggested to approach them as a foreign dignitary and to act respectful to the leaders of whatever land she decides to approach.
The 9 Kingdoms are thus. Kato, Shiban, Soni, Bako, Van, Sova, Tokani, Kagi, and Sotoba. The culture of each is amazingly similar with nuanced differences from the great split when they gained independence from some singular culture. Likely a unified version of their land lost a great leader and through rebellion or a power struggle it fell into ruin and pieces. It wouldn't really matter which kingdom she chose to go to in the long run as each was seemingly equal in power, though Van and Tokani were actively at war with a battle being waged on the surface currently.

As usual with early civilizations in their progression it was no doubt a while before they would settle into official powers.
She would search for information on the individual factions currently from strongest to weakest and maybe some key cultural and belief factors.

Kato, being the current largest and most powerful of the territories held the most cultural influence. While not boasting the largest military they had four Great Generals, whose very name would make most of the other nations think twice about going to battle. A strategic leader amongst the nations their capitol at this point is considered impossible to conquer. Otherwise they have a noble class, a warrior class, and a commoner class. There are many ranks amongst what they call the peerage and by accomplishing things that make Kato better, you can be rewarded by the King with a raise in ranks. So even a Servant can advance themselves to nobility.
Shiban is the next in terms of power. They have their three Fire Generals, each considered at least on par with Kato's Four Greats. Though due to not sharing a border with Kato they have yet to test this theory in practice. They don't tend to focus on war as the main way to advance and instead use diplomacy to make land deals and trade agreements to make themselves indispensable, and thus would hurt more to conquer than to listen. If a country were to be too low on funds to afford a war one may look to Shiban for a loan, or if food harvests didn't go so well, a trade agreement could be made for only a little bit of land.
Soni is considered the Wild Nation. A majority of their power comes from the unknown of what they are capable of. The whole of the country doesn't share it's knowledge and it is snugly a large mountainous region. Ancestral masks are handed down amongst them so it always seems like you are dealing with the same people even if you have seen them die.
Bako operates much like Kato, and is consistently checking the strength of their neighbors borders through small skirmishes, sending up to ten thousand troops to attack, but never conquer any territory. Though rumors are a consistent with their intentions being to find a crack and exploit it in some major blitz for Kato's capitol, if for no other reason than to prove it was not invulnerable.
Van is newly formed, was once two kingdoms of different names, but a singular general could not take the way the two territories treated it's people like fuel for their wars and lead an uprising that ended the dictatorships and united the lands. Though the people begged the general to be their new King (In this culture King is a gender neutral term), She declined and instead offered her second-in-command who was welcomed in a warm way. She still lives in and protects Van from the likes of Bako and Kato.
Sova is a savage southern land. Run by many warlords leading their own individual armies under their King. Having their own tiny land disputes with each other fully sanctioned by their court. This, while taxing to their food supplies and gold; keeps their warriors in peek condition, and not once have they failed to completely abandon any infighting to join together for a singular war against outside forces.
Tokani is assumed to have lost most of it's military power since it has lost an entire generation of powerful individuals. Strategists who were finally outsmarted, generals who fell in combat or a pandemic. There are even rumors the royal family has been taken into custody by the head of state affairs minister who has named himself King Regent until the young Prince has come of age. Though it's a pretext to fully replace the him.
Kagi and up and coming nation that united northern tribes of mounted Ack Cat riders. The Ack Cat is a horse sized generally black feline creature with six legs. While other nations also use these creatures as mounts Kagi's warriors are exclusively mounted, meaning they don't have any infantry. Each warrior family raises their own Ack Cat lineage for war. Selective breeding is considered as important as political marriages.
Sotoba, the weakest and smallest country fighting for it's life currently against Kagi. Having no great generals or storied legends to help it's considered inevitable for it to fall.
They all share a belief system revolving around the 'Moon Gods'. Legends speak of the night their people as a whole with the Great Chief went to war with the Moon Gods in a grand and bloody battle. Though they lost and made the blasphemous choice of going against them the Moon Gods mercy gave them intelligence and speech, allowing them to think for themselves and giving them free will. As they believe they are the planet and Plant is the primary moon they believe the Gods that live on the moon to be true deities. Many depictions show the exo-suits and many unique helmets which inspired the cultural masks.

This was going to test her and she knew this for a fact. What ever the lesson was supposed to be she had to learn this with her feet on the ground. Simply watching was too easy and not enough to bring some aspects home to her heart.
She needed to understand her priorities as she neared Kato. She began listening them out loud as she entered the moons atmosphere and coasted to a slow glide through the edge of its borders.
Number One; she needed to understand this was an early development kind and she need not make any mind change. This needed to be a life they should grow from without influence other than their own.
Number two; she need only to introduce herself and look upon these people as to gather what they can share about themselves. They were just starting their culture which will become a whole path on a journey to bring strength and inspiration to future generations.
And Three; she will not interfere with the choices they should make. She has seen a discussed with many previous accounts about how these ages of a race are severely critical to their survival in the future. Her influence must not be made and definitely must not make a lasting impression.
She breathed again. She was going to steel herself firm. Which was a far different approach she had when introducing herself to Lacrim and the Tuffle establishment mostly because of the Time debacle.

The land of Kato was enjoying a nice autumn season as the last of the summer crops were being harvested for the coming winter, long trails beaten into roads with dirt moved and packed to make it usable for carts and travelers. Towns and cities were connected this way and very little nature was disrupted even with how large the population of the moon was. Though as a testament to the culture every town and city doubled as a very large fortress. High walls, watch towers, guard posts, and Lord's castles. There were even a few places that were just military castles set up along borders. More of them speckled the land inwards showing where the old borders were at different points of the countries existence.

And so she pondered how to approach such a fortified land. The festivities were blossoming and the prosperity was booming. She didn’t want to make a big scene so as she came to the edge of the gate she decided to try this from the ground up. Which she almost expected to cause a long ordeal but she had quite a few many years to wait. So from the edge she would try herself at one of the fortresses gates. The GMS would slide to a landing and make its approach.

She wouldn't get very far before numerous four armed beings would spring out from the fortress. They were armed, but not attacking. They were heavily cautious because Nen had been spotted landing her craft in the distance. They all seemed incredibly tense. One stepped forward from the others and took a center position holding his spear low before planting in directly in the GMS way. Nen would recognize this being as one of the Four Great Generals of Kato, Torgal. He stood like a statue and in a very proud position as he waited for what this foreign craft held.

She opened up the front of her snail like as of the head of it was a long jaw and she would be sitting much similarly to when she had introduced herself to the Tuffles. She even gave a peaceful greeting that they might accept as a welcome.
“Hello, I am Guardian Nen, I come to you from Plant.” She pointed to the planet she understood they figured was a great moon. “I hope to observe your festive season, possibly meet your Leadership? It is not of terrible importance however I do wish mainly to be knowledgeable to your existence on this plain and to make myself known.”

When she points as to where she comes to the soldiers immediately drop to their knee's lowering their faces to almost place their foreheads on the ground while the Great General takes a knee and lowers his head to hopefully not offend.
"We apologize, Moon Goddess. We thought you might be a trick from one of the other nations. Please excuse our ignorance!"
He drops his spear next to him and clasts one fist in his other hand and holds it out and away from himself so it was obvious he would be unable to defend himself should she feel the need to strike him down. Though before she'd be able to respond a thought would strike him as he turns towards the fortress.
"Open the gate! A Moon Goddess wishes to join the festivities!"
It was barked loudly and with the authority of someone of his position that many jumped to it immediately.
"We are at your service!"
He returned to his previous position.

She had heard of this behavior and even expected it from just about any human kind but since the Tuffles didn’t show this kind of view she was almost thinking that was some prideful old tale. She stiffened at their graces and grew a darker hue in her cheeks and nose and entire face embarrassed they fell to their knees at her mention. There was a twang of guilt that she would almost continue the lie the Tuffles would have them believe in order to preserve this pivotal moment in their true history.
“You can call me Guardian Nen or Nen if you feel more comfortable with that. I’m absolutely not one to represent any Goddess title. As a Gurdian I’m an observer and I look after the planet itself. So that all life can be cherished and thrive.” She hopped out of her GMS and closed it up with the wave of the hand. “It’s a pleasure to meet you, General Torgal, your achievements and strength are a absolutely boast worthy.”

With his hands clasped together he would lower his head in a quick nod and a grunt of affirmation before speaking again.
"As you say, Guardian Nen."
Not wanting to offend they remained in their kneeled position as the gates to the fort town opened and General Torgal shifted to the side so she could pass if she wished. Even with her calming words generations of these people still hear the stories of the great terror the Moon Gods brought down on them for their insolence.

The poor things were terrified she began to ponder how she might display she means no harm. Or that she had really any amount of strength that they would respect at all. Maybe it was best to just let her remain as this feared being they prayed won’t smite them again.
When entering the city what would she be walking into?

Entering the city she would find people preparing for something seasonal. Decorations were being put up stands being built to line the streets, a large stage for some kind of show was being constructed. General Torgal made sure to be near by, but not interfering with whatever Nen wanted to do or see. The people were dressed in multi colored armor and clothing, some seemed to represent the season's, while others seemed to represent the night sky and stars.

Her hands went together in prayer as she walked along and looked a million other ways. She left her GMS to remain at the edge of the city if for no other reason than to not cause a bigger scene than she already was. Just her and making herself a smaller entity to be less noticed. But she twirled in the directions of colors and designs and decorations.
She looked at Torgal with a sea of stars glimmering in her gaze. She understood how this works grew this tradition and it was a fun and beautiful sight in person. All the while she maybe about once every five or so minutes would think to check her Potara for happenings on main Planet Plant.
“General…” she would stop completely to speak. “I’m so glad I came, this is so wonderful to see in person. Is there anything you’d like to tell me or show me to understand you and your people better? You can be completely honest with me and I swear you don’t have to be worry of retribution from me or the Gods. Please speak your peace without hesitation.”
