Planet Plant was a science dreamland. Perfectly mixed and sorted fauna and flora were everywhere. Left wild while separating the cities and star ports from nature so as to coexist, but not comingle and disturb the balance. Blue tree's, green water, purple flowers, dark red grass, and a sky a mixture or orange and red like a fire. The lands of cities were floating dome's and the other floating islands seemed to be other new flora and fauna meant to be introduced slowly over generations.
People were mostly Tuffles wearing full exo suits as if it were just their daily clothes, while others wore obvious pieces of armor which would extend into a battle suit. These were the people who settled and terraformed this planet into what it is today, vibrant and alive. Yet there were sprinkles of foreigners here and there, from anthropomorphic humans, to Cerealians and even other odd races.

Stepping off the loading ramp of a communal travel shuttle, a tall Majin took in the world he had arrived at. While he has visited many worlds in his journey of self-discovery and exploration, Mojo had yet to visit Plant. Wooden prayer beads cracked quietly against each other as he moved forward out of the way of others also disembarking, patting his pockets to ensure he had his possessions on him, a pair of ocean blue cloth wristbands glinting in the sunlight.
"Where to go now, I wonder..."

There seems to be an entertainment area, filled with a fair, food stalls, movies, games, and rides. An Academic section with libraries, schools, and engineering companies. And a shopping center with fashionable clothing and customizable exo-suit modifications in the windows.
There seem to be just as many people in military looking uniforms as there are people wearing the exo-suits and travelers. No matter where Mojo goes there always seems to be at least two or three uniformed people in eye sight. Maybe the planet is just mostly military.

Academics. Furthering his own education, as stellar as it already is, and perhaps resources towards his ultimate goal. Myths and rumors would be his best bet for his goal, however, so perhaps Plant's library to start? At the very least, finding how Plant viewed magic in the universe would be a good start.
That thought in mind, Mojo began his walk towards the academics area, politely adjusting his pace and movements to avoid colliding into anyone heading in other directions, his necklace make a quiet noise barely heard amongst the sounds of the crowd as he moved.

Making it to the entry to the library, Mojo would find himself vetted at the door.
"Name and reason for entry?"

Mojo would look at the person vetting him and speak calmly.
"Mojo, of the Majin. I am seeking to improve my knowledge so as to better myself."

After a moment he would move to the side and allow Mojo entry to the library. Once inside, Mojo would find a collection so vast and sprawling of information from the writings of children to that of the first recorded hieroglyphs etched by the first beings given life in this universe. Seventy-Five Million years give or take worth of written language stored here for free access to the public. Not all of it translated or understood, but none-the-less available for free study and appreciation.

Mojo would enter and gaze at all of the knowledge on offer. Freely. A small smile would appear on his face as he appreciated the potential within this building.
"A wonderful sight."
With that he would head for the nearest computer or card catalog, intending to make use of such a guide to find where exactly he can start his studies.

Mojo would find there was no such, except for a blue creature. A female looking robotic person standing around near a desk. "Greetings to you seeker. I am Zehn. What do you seek?"

Mojo would politely and respectfully incline his head towards Zehn, prayer beads clacking.
"And greetings to you, Zehn. I was hoping you could direct me towards this place of learning's compilation of magic."

"Certainly."
A wide smile and a tilt of the head she would walk Mojo down an inverted dome'd staircase and down a hallway into a new section of the library.
"The library had to be built down and with hallways extending in every direction. Much like an ant hill spiders out with multiple branches it was the only way to have so much physical information in one place without being in a building so large it takes up most of a city."
She explained as they walked before she extended a hand.
"In this room, the higher you climb, the more advanced the material gets. Please ask if you need help."

Mojo would follow behind, respectfully silent as Zehn offered details of how the library was built and guidance. Upon reaching their destination Mojo would once more incline his head towards his guide.
"My thanks to you. If I do need assistance I will not hesitate to reach out. On that note, do you have any advice on what material I should start with? I am afraid my knowledge of magic is limited beyond the basics relating to the origin of my race. I am looking to both improve my understanding of magic and learn how one can wield it."

Zehn would nod and smile before moving towards the closest floor level bookshelf.
"There aren't many races who specialize or even use magic and the most prevalent besides your own race currently using magic are the Earthlings. I would suggest reading about the uses and differences between magical schools. Transmutation, Conjuration and their applications through Symbology and Spoken Word."

Mojo would follow behind and grab the first few books Zehn would indicate, listening intently to her advice.
"I thank you again for your assistance."
With that he would move to the nearest table and take a seat. If there were no tables he would instead sit near the shelf and begin reading, being very careful with his chosen books either way.

The blue haired android would smile and walk off to the side and just stand against a wall, waiting. All part of the job.
However, as Mojo dug into his reading he would find there was a vast application to basic magic, which is described as a 'Spoken Commands' which begin with the elements of nature. Tell the wind to blow, water to flow, fire to consume, earth to tumble, plants to grow, light to shine, and darkness to fall. Throughout all magical histories 'Magic Words' are the 'Spoken Commands' given to these elements in special ways that become evocations or incantations to summon up the needed energies and elements and then tell them what to do.
Magic Words are many and spread across multiple practices and races. With the two most prevailing being Human's 'Symbology' and Majin Incantations of Will. Majin speak simple command words and use their will and mental imagery to transmute objects from one thing to another. While Symbology is used to inscribe Magic Words onto objects to create magic items that hold the prepared command like Crystal Balls, or Wands. An example given is an object called 'The Bancho Fan', a large asian style cooking fan with the commands of 'Mighty Winds' written in mystic human symbology so that when the fan is swung it summons gale force winds. Where as Majin magic would be used to command the sky to produce the winds, there in being a delay as nature reacts if the caster is skilled enough. However with the knowledge of the Bancho Fan a Majin would be able to use their own specific magic to transmute a tree branch or something of similar size into a Bancho Fan and produce similar effects. The person who wrote the symbology for the powerful fan had the skill to cast such a gale force spell, had anyone unskilled done it they may have cause a small breeze, which may or may not just be the effects of swinging such a large fan anyways.
The books seem to lack the actual magic words or list of commands.
He would however come across a list of active magical families in the universe. Some on Myria, and others on Earth.
