Guardian Nen of planet Plant has to make a visit to a few elite minded individuals who are on the verge of creating Time Travel. Tasked with her first mission which is to make sure this didn’t happen. Something this important required delicate and thorough planning.
First of all the grand scheme: -How many Mortals were on this verge of forbidden discovery? -Why each of them were seeking this discovery? -What cards up her sleeve could she use to prevent time travel?
She made a visual board with this information. And with the potara fresh at her ears it was still a lot to take in and she was having trouble keeping up with its infinite rush of information, everything was at her fingertips and it was way easy to over load herself. So she laid down on her back to try and push pin and sort out all of her notes to the roof of her cockpit.
If she couldn’t stop any of these names from their mission she would have to look to the Time Kai for aid. That is a last resort to Nen. Sure it would be easy to just give them the names and have them shut down the entire thing but Nen didn’t want to start off her peace with these people making such tyrannical choices.
So we have the first Stop on her list… Who are they and why are they interested in creating time travel?

The Potara reveal that it is a small science team under the command of Commander Lacrim, a well decorated and liked leader among the higher ups of Tuffle society. Revealing through the Potara's knowledge that it has been a dream soon to bare fruit to travel back 200 years ago and wipe all Saiyans from existence before the full moon of their original planet.
As for what she can do to prevent time travel would be to erase the plans and data or convince them not to due to it sparking major intervention methods. She could also find Tuffles willing to get involved on her behalf and try to sabotage the plans.

She raised a pinky to rest at the center of her bottom as she pondered.
“This is expected.” She said out loud. “Two hundred years and such a drastic change…” she thought about what life might end up like for the Tuffles and the Saiyans with this outcome. “I’m sure they’d be much further on some advances if they hadn’t lost so much time to starting over. They suffered much before they became established. And they have their pride to consider even after all this time there is a measure of injustice in their hearts.” She nodded because mortals were often this way throughout history.
“I should try and reason with them first.” She wanted to start this off well and peaceful so badly. She looked around and saw she was getting close to approaching where this was taking place. She would bring the Snail right up to the front entrance if all goes well this is the best course of action.

In her snail travels Nen would witness the planet's surface. A vast stretch of interwoven biomes, masterfully crafted and integrated to create for each what they needed to thrive. Many sections of the planet suspended in the air as floating islands being slowly introduced to the rest of the world on a schedule that could take tens of years to complete. But the cities she would pass were just as advanced, though obviously tainted by the pains of a deep betrayal. High walls complete with generators that could create a dome shield and powerful looking weapons. No Tuffle she passed was without their Suit either prepared on their person to be launched into action, or fully equipped as if it were just normal clothes to be out in. She would find herself at the entrance to one of the Tuffle's military bases. '14th Field Brigade' would be written on the wall plaque showing whose base it was. A single gate guard would hold out a hand for the odd snail vehicle to see him and get the attention of the driver. The female soldier's Power Armor fully equipped as the voice was amplified and slightly echoed to distort and hide the pilot's identity. "State your business."

Her driving suffered a bit looking around so she engaged her autopilot function and continues to gawk at the marvels so close to the ground. The images in the pamphlets did not do the size and the mysticism justice!
Her first contact with the intelligent life on her new Planet. Her heart could hardly take it! It thumped in her chest so hard and she pressed the button to open the Snail’s mouth she sat up with her legs crossed and waved a slender and gentle hand.
“Hello!” She smiled wide and friendly. “My name is Nen and I’m the Newly appointed Guardian of Planet Plant, I’m a member of the Kai race, and I watch over and protect all life that thrives here.”
She took a breath. “Now I want to not get too involved in the excellent progress your future here but I must speak with Commander Lacrim for it involves a very serious matter that can decide the security of that bright future.”
She looked the Armor up and down and as she remained professional the beaming in her face recognizing the catalogue of military grade armors and she was very impressed seeing some of the special customization this one was wearing.

The soldier reached a hand up to the side of her helmet for a few moments before shaking her head.
"I have no notice of the appointment of someone to that... Title, and I have to point out that you are obviously not a Tuffle, so I must doubt your word. However, if you come with me, we can get the full explanation."
She gestures for Nen to get out of the snail and follow her into the base.

Nen slipped out and waved a hand to close the snail up and it blinked a couple of lights signaling it was shut for good. Nen had a lot of her belongings in there some were delicate to the elements.
She then would turn to the soldier and speak more as she followed. “Are you unaware of the Kai’s, they are a Divine Race and we look after life on many different scales. We live in Heaven where we watch over those Departed from the living realm too! If we absolutely do get involved it’s really important! So forgive me if I neglected to make an appointment.” She would fiddle with her potara to see what it could tell her about this soldier.

The Potara would tell her she is Agari, a mid ranked foot soldier in the 14th Field Brigade. Top of her class in hand-to-hand combat training her suit specializes in increasing her physical performance, spacial awareness, and is equipped with numerous visible and hidden melee weapons. If she were placed in a category it would be a walking tank.
Agari would lead Nen into the buildings entry way tap her helmet and turn to face the Kai.
"I am not familiar with what a Kai is, but I have read the reports on Guardians. Namek and Earth have people of their own race in those positions, Sacossa of the Warrior Caste, and Vo Lang of Earth's Mystics. Both considered Rank S threat level if they should be encountered in a hostile environment. That is the extent of the knowledge at my disposal."

Poor Saccosa, she was reminded of the tragedy that became Namek and placed her hands together to mourn for his loss before speaking to Agari again.
“Oh, they are not Hostile.” She shook her head. “It is against a guardian promise to harm any life or else they face severe consequences from the higher ups. I myself am not even strong since I’ve had my nose in books for a few thousand years and I made my Guardian Mobile extra gentle anywhere it traverses. I make no plans to cause harm here, only observe. You have my word on that.”

The buildings entry-way was an open room with two pillars some seats which looked like they had never been used and a greeting desk. Three doors in the room with one to the left and right, and another behind the desk on the far wall opposite the entrance. The building obviously had many parts, but this acted as some sort of central pathing room. Before the female soldier could respond the door to the left would open and a man would walk in. His face nearly unreadable, but he wasn't armored up like most other Tuffles. He was a man on a mission as he walked approaching the two, while Agari gave a salute by raising her hand in front of her face as if to hide it for a moment before revealing it she would step back and away. The man would approach Nen and begin speaking no matter if Nen was talking or not. "I am Commander Lacrim and this is my 14th Field Brigade. You are Nen, supposedly the appointed Guardian of Plant. I have no way of verifying this claim, so we are expected to take it at face value, let alone you ask for me by name. Makyo-Jin, Heeter, or Kai, whichever you are. I want an explanation as to how and why you know who I am." He spoke curtly and to the point, but never with anger or malice.

She raised her hands and haves them in a calming way. “I understand this distrust. This is expected, after all you been through.”
She nodded in confirmation. “This is a normal ability a Guardian has as soon as they are assigned a planet we have seen the past and present day of the life that dwells here. It is a gift bestowed upon us to help us keep watch and develop an understanding.”
She cleared her throat and continued. “I know who you are, I know who Agari is, and the cool weapons she has hidden in her armor that aid her in her excellent physical abilities, I also know what you have going on here and it is of great importance that we make the TIME to discuss its progress.”

After a few moments of silence and an unmoving stare from Lacrim he finally nodded.
"Very well. I will speak with you in the conference room."
He would then turn and walk away. Agari would hold a hand out for Nen to follow and she herself would follow behind. Lacrim silently led the way through the left door and down a hallf passing many rooms all labeled. Due to Nen's knowledge of their language and writing she could make out that most of it was research and development. Be it new tech for armor and weapons, or implants and chemicals. Finally they reached 'Conference Room 1' and Lacrim would lead the way in. The door opening automatically at his stare and the lights activating as they entered. Chairs would pop up from the floor as each of them entered reacting to the number of people in the room, the screen on the far side of the wall activating and going to stand-by while an VI (Virtual Intelligence) turned on and spoke into the room.
"The room is secure, Commander."
Lacrim would motion for Nen and Agari to sit without looking at them. Agari would sit and Lacrim himself would move to a seat.
"Tell me what you know, and what you want."
Lacrim was as usual, stoic and stern.

Relief swept her and she took a deep breath. She raised a pinky to the center of her lip and pondered and asked the earrings just how close are her targets coming to discovering the secrets of time as they walked. Not just here but the others too. Just to drive home the urgency she may need to accomplish here. She had plenty of years to come but these people don’t if she can’t succeed in convincing them to stop. She really needed to earn their confidence.
“Commander Lacrim.” She placed her hands interlacing her fingers and having them rest at her front. “I understand you have a project that involves the ambitious task of traveling through time. I’m sorry to say I’d like you to stop this project.”
“I know why you want to travel back. I’ve seen it as if I was reliving the memories. Fresh in my mind I am facing you with nothing but the greatest of sympathies.” Her expression firmed. “This endeavor is a severe risk to the universe and I understand you’ve considered them but I wonder if you understand that it will not help you in this time now?”
Her voice was calm and void of enthusiasm. This was a very serious matter she might have been nervous inside but she breathed out professionalism and seriousness.

Commander Lacrim is maybe a year out from discovering the final pieces to his time travel device, while the others have ideas or techniques that may take many hundreds of years.
Commander Lacrim listened quietly while Nen explained her points and understanding. Agari remained as a silent watcher while the Commander contemplated the words and the response he wished to give.
"You speak of branching timeline theory?"
He asked as more of a set up to his next sentence.
"We have considered this possibility, but without confirmation we have no choice but to try."

Nen shook her head in disagreement. “I’m afraid it’s not a chance I can allow you to make. We don’t know how the future will change. Time is not something one of man-kind should control. Some branches of our race are masters of time.”
A hand went to her chest she cleared her throat. “I am four thousand years old. We live tens of thousands of years we have a whole department dedicated to the study of and the policing of its use. If I fail to convince you to change your mind I will be forced to escalate to them… They won’t leave anything left.”
She brought her hands back to her center and breathed again. “All I ask is if you choose to study this field keep it to theory… not creation. With all of this resource you have to this project so many other safer and more reliable projects will better benefit your future. Logically speaking this is hardly the better course. In the end… you are just taking a guess; one which has probability of more consequences than success. Surely you see this?”
