While there's always something to do, a lull in the workload lead Atlanti to go check on a familiar face and patient. not for the first time, Rhona was not in her room, leaving the Namekian to walk the infirmary and branch outward, looking for her friend. It would take a bit of asking around to find out what direction the blonde had headed in, the information bringing a mix of relief and curiosity. She trusted Rhona to know her limits, even if sh didn't like them, and she needed some fresh air anyway.
She'd start making her way to the summit.

Aisuko landed not long after the Blaze couple, and their son, and would pace to stand near the door with a cool and composed expression. Her tail swayed slightly but otherwise didn't betray her emotions. It would be clear enough that she was focused and zoned in for what would happen. She entered when the doors were open to them without a word or glance around, and moved for the place she knew Hail would be sitting; nearby, though, and not next to him. She could feel her energy humming and stretching eagerly, and forced herself to take a slow breath.
This was different to how she thought it would be...
In that she thought she would have to push the doors open, stride purposefully in and seem to take the seat next to Hail, only to power through her transformations as she gripped his neck and exploded out the large windows...
But that was what she thought would happen, and this was the reality of it.
Aisuko sat straight, and leaned forward with the question.
"House Ruler was never officially decided between the two of us." Her power level climbed, and she kept tabs upon her brother and the other Ice-Jinn as she stood, speaking clearly. "With the assembly's approval, we will settle this immediately."
Perhaps this would be the better route. Stately, yes, but perhaps truly insulting to Hail, as his sister called into question whatever sway he'd held previously. It wasn't her barging into the council but handling it with dignity well beyond what was likely expected by even the Blazes.

A sudden hush fell over the assembly and Hail himself turned to look at Aisuko, having lost all his royal baring before shaking his head and stiffening again.
Vo Lang would cough before speaking.
"As unconventional as it is, an official challenge of leadership is recognized, Lord Hail please respond."
Hail growled before standing to his full small height.
"I accept."
Vo would speak again.
"Very well the combat will be held outside in the open."
The entire gathering would then suddenly exit the summit building to watch the official match. Vo would then announce the rules.
"Combat will go until one fighter can no longer compete or concedes."

She didn't glance at Hail. Not because he was beneath her, but because she was looking at Vo Lang, and the rest of the assembly, to see if anyone seemed to want to object. Aisuko remained standing, no more tall than Hail himself was...and in fact, she was still a couple inches shorter than him.
No more than children, in height. Or at least, until she hit her second transformation, and gained around a foot.
But she nodded at Hail's acceptance and the approval, and would make her way outside along with everyone else. She moved a fair distance away and turned to face Hail, nodding once more with Vo's rules. She looked over her brother, now, allowing her power to rise. And yet, she didn't transform.
She would have to beat Hail quite soundly, and that was the plan.
The Jinn slowly tipped her head to one side, then the other, pleased with the crack and pop before she rolled her shoulders.
"Care to start the match, Vo Lang?"
She figured...an official start may be best, all things considered.

Tsubaki, sitting atop her boulder perch would watch as everyone walked out of the building. She saw that everyone would be watching two ice-jin fight so she used her true sense to size them up. It seemed that one was weaker than the other but she couldnt tell which. She still felt dread as she stood to watch the fight.

Once outside - and presumably still beside her husband and near their son - Keerie stared, silently watching, for now.

Hail glared with his arms folded, flouting a foot off the ground. He couldn't sense Aisuko's power level so he didn't know what he was getting into. Unfolding his arms he'd begin powering up himself. First his chest would expand in a flash. His legs would be next followed by his arms and head. His skin turning a lighter blie and his horns shifting into a more streamline style like a crown of three spikes.
Hail wouldn't stop there as his shoulder plates lifted and stretched, his horn crown shifting to the sides of his head as it elongated stretching his face giving him a hunched appearance.
Vo Lang watched the spectacle, but he could sense the rather large distance of power.
"Ready? Start!"

Rhona would see what was happening and she waited anxiously, wondering what would happen. She recognized Aisuko from a previous first encounter. That tough cookie was about to battle her wits out. Rhona would show her support as needed. A grin formed on her face and she spaced her legs shoulder length apart and crossed her arms over her chest. A comfortable and ready position to witness an epic battle.

Aisuko, by contrast, remained in her regular form, and stared without expression as Hail transformed. She, like Vo Lang, could sense their differences, and while she could push herself to Queen form if necessary...
...but by not, it said volumes, when against opponents like Okara and Wasabi in the Tournament, she'd gone all out.
The Jinn quietly shifted upon her feet, and gave the slightest of nods at the ready question, even though it was purely rhetorical at this point. His second word had just finished when Aisuko suddenly burst forward, aiming a straight right, right for Hail's nose.

Okara watched them, standing himself to move out to watch. This would be over fairly quick. He wished he could whisper to her- not to make it look like it was too easy. She might anger Hail, and Okara doubted that anger initiating transformations was limited to them.
When she opened with a swift punch, he watched, tail flitting back and forth.

Dahveid would stand, holding his wifes hand, and exit.
They would remain in the back, floating up a little to see over everyones head but mostly staying in the dark.
Best if they were not in the forefront.

Bana joined the others to watch the struggle for power. Wishing that he'd brought a handheld scanner to take readings. He hadn't expected combat that wouldn't require his suit so he found himself at a disadvantage. Much to his annoyance. He had no real stake in this matter however, but if he had to choose someone that he hoped would win. It would be Hail, though from the looks of things and the female's choice to not transform, he doubted it would end that way.

He could feel the transformation taking place on the other side of the summit. Something was about to go down, a fight judging by his instincts. But he could feel several familiar power levels in the area around the sudden spike. Including Earth's guardian. He was sure it wasn't anything to worry about, especially at the level he was feeling, but he'd glance to Wasabi all the same.
If he wanted to see a fight this was probably his chance...

Keerie laced her fingers between Dahveid's...albeit briefly, and before she released them she gave a soft squeeze. And because he had a foot on her, she had to float a little higher than he did, to be able to see, and didn't want him to have to crook his arm awkwardly.
She remained quiet, simply watching for now. Would Aisuko transform, or not?
She didn't know what would be better; cow Hail with the insult that he wasn't worth her transformation, or transform just to prove her point.

Bless forethought, or at least intending to do more than just attend the talks. Berri did have her handheld scanner, and as the tension between the ice-jinn siblings, she pulled it out, stepping further back to get a reading as discreetly as possible. She hadn't thought the fireworks would start quite this early, but she wasn't complaining either. Her gaze flicked between the readings and the fight that was about to break out, then to the reaction of others.
Nothing like strong family bonds to make you have the warm fuzzies.
