Considering today is the birthday of Dragon Ball first airing in 1986 we need to celebrate somehow. So in honor of that you have all gathered the Dragon Balls and are allowed a single wish just respond to this in character and have your wish granted by the eternal dragon. Keerie had considered her wish carefully. Some may or may not consider what she decided on as selfish, or whether it was giving.
But, either way, here she was.
"I wish that, without dying to be able to do so, Dahveid Blaze and myself have the opportunity to gain the same power our son, Okara, did."
There was no brutal build up, just a straightforward statement. No fuss, no muss.
No power served to her and Dahveid on a silver platter, but the opportunity for their own strength to capture it.

Dahveid would emerge from their pod, hands in his pockets. He heard the wish, having just completed his own. His brow furrowed...but he wouldn't say anything yet.
Let them see how the Dragon would serve their wish.

The Dragon would growl before narrowing it's red eyes.
"It is possible for you to have this oppertunity, due to your circumstances. This is impossible for Dahveid Blaze without a direct wish for the power."

His hand would plant on her back.
"Take this opportunity. I will find my own path. It is your blood that possesses this power inherently, and I do not want charity. Take it."
He'd stare down at her.

The blonde growled in the back of her throat at the dragon's words, and Dahveid would feel the seething tension within her body as he placed his hand upon her back. She would no sooner wish directly for the power for them - cheating, that's what that was - than she wanted to not have her partner along for the journey.
That tension didn't ebb with Dahveid's words, either, and her head sharply turned towards him and up, eyes narrow with her displeasure and disapproval.
"You contributed half of Okara's genetics. What's to say it's not you as well?"
Ohhhhh, testy.

The Dragon would growl impatiently.

He shook his head.
"I get the feeling that the reason you have the opportunity to gain this power is that it comes from a line of Saiyans. If I had that line, It would be me that would be able to naturally reach that milestone. Instead, it is you. So."
He'd glance back at the Dragon, then back to her.
"If you do not take this chance..."

SCORCH THE BLOODY DRAGON, WHAT GOOD WAS IT IF IT COULDN'T DO THIS.
Keerie openly seethed at Dahveid, seriously and sorely tempted to just bun the opportunity altogether, as evidenced by the way her tension seemed to spike. And that dragon wasn't helping matters, either, with its grumbling and growling.
SHUT UP, YOU.
Still, she knew the logic that Dahveid would throw at her. If it wasn't both of them at least, then, she had the opportunity to grow and bring that strength back to beat him, and it would be foolish to squander the opportunity.
She sighed, a sound that seemed more hiss-like than anything and turned her head back to the Dragon, her gaze positively frigid, her body no less so in its rigidity.
"Fine. I wish that, without dying to be able to do so, that I have the opportunity to gain the same power our son, Okara, did."

The Dragon would growl deep within its chest, narrowing it's eyes once more. It's eye glowing red as before them would appear a female Saiyan wearing very old Saiyan garb, with long raggid black hair. She had a halo over her head and her eyes were closed as she was suspended in the air.
"You're wish has been granted. Touch her hand to wake her, after twenty four hours she will return to the dead."
With that the Dragon would shoot into the sky and vanish in a huge flash of light as the Dragon Balls went in every direction.

Dahveid didn't have to say anything- she understood. That was when the Dragon did something unexpected- it brought the trainer to them. He would step back, letting Keerie handle this. Only 24 hours....he could wait that long to get started on his wish.
Hands in his pockets, he'd watch to see what happened.

As she spoke - as though with a mind of its own - Keerie's tail had unwound from her waist to coil around the back of Dahveid's thigh, and soon dropped off as the Dragon's eyes glowed blood-red. She expected to be taken somewhere, but was surprised when before them appeared a long-dead Saiyan woman with a halo.
Her tail coiled back around her waist.
Her brow furrowed a bit.
Unexpected, but, she wasn't going to complain.
With a deep breath Keerie moved forward to purposefully touch the Saiyan's hand, her aura swirling and crackling about her form as though preparing to fend off some sort of explosion.
You never knew what people would do when they woke up from a sleep.

Slowly her suspended body would lower into a crouched position, falling to a knee as her eyes slowly opened to gaze at those around her. Her face would bare a striking resemblance to Keerie's. She'd lift a hand to her head and grip at her hair as it seemed something bothered her. Clenching her eyes shut and gritting her teeth before she would shoot them open to look at Keerie.
The female would lower her hand from her head and stand up.
"So... You... Wished for me to train you?"

Odd.
Keerie was rather taken aback by the resemblance, but it only came through in the arching of both brows. The female's actions caused her to tilt her head, though, and her words after drew Keerie to the conclusion the message was somehow communicated to her.
"I did."
Simple enough despite her nagging curiosity.

Dahveid would speak up softly.
"If you don't mind me asking....are you an ancestor of hers?"
He was getting to the root of the matter. He had things to tell Keerie too but, if she was going to get more powerful, it could be that her coming along would be helpful.

Looking Dahveid up and down she'd put her hands on her hips.
"Could be. I've been dead long enough. And she does kind of look like me."
The resemblance was almost uncanny.
"If that wierd science bitch were still around I could ask her. However..."
With that her stomach would growl.
"Do you have any food? I'm starving."
