Here's to another boring, uneventful, day. (Open)

Angel would be flying around getting a feel for the place. He had just found out from the Kai that he was something called a Majin which was some sort of magical humunculous made to do others bidding, and upon hearing that he had a rush of strange memories and emotions that suggested something more happened than what was known. But he shook that thought out of his head. It appeared though that with his memories he also gained some strength and that would be much needed here in the next few days as tournament grew closer and more and more strong fighters showed up to participate in the event. He didn't suspect this would be a cake walk so he would need to stay on his toes... even if it seemed that there was absolutely nothing going on.... like at all. Ever. God this planet was so boring.

It seemed he never left her alone, these days. Since the passing of his father, he had expected her to stay with him, a trophy draped across his arm. Humans were a delicacy, it seemed, and Androids that remain humanoid? Even more delectable. He enjoyed flaunting her around, showing her off, and using her special set of skills to make her seem even more useful. Usually, he refused to allow her anything akin to privacy. Yet, the mood set from the Tournament seemed intoxicating. He was acting differently, more flamboyant, dancing around and flapping his jaw as if he had something to say. Since their arrival, he had taken her around the town to show off, talking loudly about how he had inherited her from his father, demanding she take out her flute to play for them. Whatever it took to show off.
Yet, suddenly, she found herself alone. He was off with a group of his kind, talking about the tactics they had learned for the battles in the days to come. She was too pretty to be bothered by the talk of men. The very thought of his sexist, cruel comments made her roll her eyes, but she was not one to turn away at least a little time to practice her arts. The tiny Android raised the instrument to her lips, taking a deep breath before beginning to play.
The flute was long and thin with a bulbous end. Once upon a time, her mother had taught her to use her Ki to create beautiful pictures that danced about the bulb… That was far too long before, back when she had Ki to use. Now, she managed to produce beautiful tones and music, but no pictures. Still, she enjoyed the overwhelming memories that washed over her every time she played. Her mother used to come up with such intricate, romantic stories, with people who never stopped dancing so long as the moon led them on. Her green eyes fluttered closed and she leaned back against the tree behind her, trying to mimic the notes her mother had once played her. She was oblivious to the people that milled around behind her, off where she could barely hear them, even with her enhanced senses, and to the few people that littered the sky. They weren’t nearly as important as her music.

As Angel made his way floating around not really having anything planned then something caught his attention. It was a lovely melody and it called out to him. He stopped hovering in the air for a moment looking around till he spotted the source of the sound it was a young woman. She seemed just as lovely as her music. Well I guess I should make some new friends anyways might as well go mingle. Angel thought to himself. So it was settled he would go say hello. He would float ever so carefully down to the ground a few feet in front of her and wait patiently for her song to end. When it was over he would smile and wave.
"Hello there. That is very lovely music ma'am."
He watched her closely there were many people here that wanted to fight he had no idea if she might be one of them. So to be safe he would make sure she didn't do anything suddenly.
"My name is Angel, it's nice to meet you Miss..?"

The soft sound of feet touching down on the grass caught her attention for a moment, but she refused to falter in her tune. Green eyes lazily opened to take in the man before her, stark and perfect with his flawless, white hair. He had the same bulky, muscular build as the men she knew, but unlike her Lizard-like Lord and Lorde, he looked almost human. His tattoos created the illusion of a fierce warrior, even though his voice threatened to shatter that. He was so polite, asking her name with only a hint, and keeping his distance in case he frightened her.
How he was unaware that she was a slave, she’d never know. Her clothes were scant across her thin, emaciated body, the silky black fabric clinging to one shoulder and falling across her chest to cover herself from the constantly wandering eyes. Only a belt accentuated the fabric, the same teal color as her hair, breaking the shirt into what could almost be considered a dress. She tilted her head to one side in a tumble of hair as he complimented her, lowering her flute to her lap.
“Thank you,” she commented, softly. Her voice was a whisper of what it used to be, but in the eyes of any inexperienced, she would seem completely human. It was one of the things that the Lord enjoyed about her… She was the best of both worlds. Still, she refused to answer his question, knowing that she would be punished if she gave out the name from thirty years prior, and knowing her cover would be blown if she answered his question with the acceptable answer. Instead, she just offered him something akin to a smile and pulled her legs up to her side, looking prim as she sat before him. “It is a pleasure, Sir Angel.”

He chuckled at that. Sir Angel, huh? He put his left arm around his waist raising his right into the air as he bowed, being sure to keep his eyes on her, he would take moment before standing back up.
"Well thank you, I believe that you are the first person to call me Sir. But alas I am no knight, who knows though? Maybe someday I will be."
He noted the fact that she had made no attempt to give him her name he didn't know if she had a reason for that or if it had just escaped her. For now he would let it go. He inspected her, she seemed very proper and very delicate but there was a feeling that he just couldn't shake there was something about that just didn't seem... well, normal, but to be fair who was he to talk? Still...
"So what brings you out to this place? Are you going to spectating at the tournament or maybe participating? Or maybe you are here for something completely unrelated? If you don't mind me asking anyways."
He would be most curious about her answer maybe it would give him just a little bit of insight on this new person.

The thought of participating in a martial arts tournament, a test of the best warriors, was nearly laughable to the tiny girl sitting beneath the tree. Both of her brows, the same off, uncommon color as her hair, rose upon her perfect forehead. She did not laugh aloud, though the slight smile grew upon her lips, making her look younger, almost innocent. She offered this stranger a slight shake of her head, mechanical brain already beginning to evaluate his every movement.
“I believe I will be spectating,” she admitted, though she allowed her Lord’s participation to pass unnoticed. Most who realized she was a slave would refuse her any further communication, and she was quite enjoying her time out from under the watchful eye of her tyrant… Even if she was sure to feel the cruelty of his hand later, when they were alone. Even if she could not see him, she was certain that he could see her.
Green eyes flitted almost idly back and forth across the land, looking for any stragglers, before falling upon Angel once more. She seemed to pay far too much attention, something her Lord considered a flaw, but he wasn’t around. She could notice everything. “You, Sir,” she murmured, her voice almost teasing as she once more called him by the respectful title. “Are here to participate. Yes?”

He would smile and stand a little straighter.
"Yes ma'am as a matter of fact. I have been training hard and diligently for this tournament."
He would say proudly, though after a thought he figured he should explain himself so he didn't appear to be some other meat head that just like to hit things.
"I... have a personal interest in this tournament, I guess you could say. You see I'm looking for someone or... rather I guess hoping for someone to find me there that can help me out. But I need to be strong and so do they. So it is my hopes I find them at the tournament."
He saw the amusement that showed in her eyes when he mentioned her being in it but he still had a feeling she could probably handle herself if things came right down to it. But she had mentioned that she was going to be spectating.
"So a spectator hmmm? Do you just enjoy the violence or is there someone that you are rooting for in particular?"

A personal interest? That struck her as strange, but she supposed she should not be too surprised. The tournament called to all warriors from all walks of life, and if he was looking for somebody, he was sure to find them here. She crossed one long, pale leg across the other as elegantly as she could manage, each motion graceful and calculated. The foot rose from the ground, toes pointed, and crossed over the other before resting carefully on the ground. Every time she moved, it was like watching a dancer. She rested both of her wrists on her knee, content to remain quiet until he spoke once more.
It was easy to hide her disgust. For years, she had trained herself to keep her expression neutral, guarded. The only visible response she had, at all, was the slightest twitch of her fingers, still cradling the shaft of the flute. She tilted her head to the other side, then, and her lips remained in their mischievous smile. “I am not against violence, of course,” the girl said, each word spoken carefully.
Did she want to admit her relation to the infamous Lord that held her leash tight in his hand? She often tried to keep who and what she was a secret from any curious minds, but his question had been so direct… It would be difficult for her to properly avoid it. “I am not, as you said, rooting for anybody to win. Not yet, of course.” She winked once, flirtatiously, and even offered the slightest show of her teeth behind upturned lips.

Angel was intrigued by this girl she was definitely a unique individual to say the least. They way she moved was very precise and targeted he wondered how long it took her to develop that kind of movement he was sure that movements like that would be just as effective of distracting someone as hypnotism. But then she made the comment that she wasn't against violence it was interesting but I guess not unusual, he just didn't expect... well she seemed a little too innocent. Then she said she wasn't rooting for anyone... yet? He smiled at that.
"Well then by all means just know I wouldn't mind one bit if you wanted to root for me."
He smiled showing teeth as well he was having a good time with this girl, finally someone on this planet that he could just talk to without fighting! What a thought.

Despite his gaze following her movements, tracking every feline action, he seemed utterly oblivious to the reasoning behind it all. He was grinning almost foolishly, as if he were simply enjoying himself, and she felt a very human pang in her chest as she contemplated that fact. He wasn’t like her Lord, demanding things from her every step of the way… Oh no. He seemed to just like being around her. Perhaps she was as much a relief for him as he was for her. She tilted her head back a bit, looking him over from the top of his white head down to his feet, then back up again.
He seemed powerful, indeed, but she couldn’t help but wonder if he would be powerful enough. This tournament was known far and wide and she was certain there were plenty of people just like her Lord around Namek, ready to take on whatever challenge was thrust upon them. Would he be able to hold his own against older, more experienced fighters? “I will keep that in mind,” she murmured thoughtfully. He was an interesting lad, a stranger that did not judge her clothing (or, technically, the lack thereof) or her preference to avoid conflict herself. He was not challenging her to a fight, which she had come to recognize as strange.
“Who are you looking for, Sir Angel?” she asked, rather suddenly. She tilted her chin upwards, towards him, as she contemplated what he had told her. While she had offered little in return, she still found herself hoping he would answer her questions. He seemed open and interested, and that often meant that she could avoid the pleasantries of offering anything in return.

His smile faded at that as he took a more unsure expression covered his face. He was unsure if he should tell her... though to that extent what harm was there in it? But on the flip side of that comment how much harm can be done by it... He looked this girl over once more gauging, inspecting, judging... and most likely getting a majority of his assumptions wrong about her. His tail, which he had copied from a random Saiyan earlier, unwrapped from around his waist and scratched the back of his head while he was debating with himself. Finally he let out a sigh and looking into eyes.
"I have no memories prier to waking up on this planet a few months ago. I literally woke up in a crater with nothing but a name in my head. I wondered around for a few days with essentially nothing before hearing about the tournament. I figured, and this might sound a bit arrogant so forgive me, but I figured I was strong, stronger than most I had met so maybe that means I was a fighter before I lost my memories and maybe I could find someone at the tournament who recognized me or at the very least tell me they had seen someone like me in their travels."
He shrugged the Kai he had spoken to earlier had said some weird things and Angel was unsure if he was ready to believe in some random guy up in the clouds that knew 'everything' and could speak inside his head. It was all a bit creepy to be sure. But he figured he wouldn't lighten the mood he didn't want to upset this poor girl.
"And ya never know! Maybe all I need is a good bop to the noggin here and *Poof* all my memories will come back."
He laughed as he made the playful gesture of knocking himself in the head with his own fist.

She tilted her chin ever so slightly upwards as he studied her, easily able to read the expression plastered across his face. He was judging her, unsure of things, and she truly could not blame him for that. She was a stranger, some girl sitting under a tree who wouldn’t even tell him her name. Why should she be trusted? She continued to look at him, however, her expression open, soft, until he spoke. He wanted to talk about it, she could tell. Just telling somebody must have been a huge relief.
The girl pointed the toes of her outstretched leg, feeling the artificial muscles tighten and shift. She contemplated what he said. Amnesia… It wasn’t particularly common, but she knew of it. His memories would most likely begin to return over time, slowly but surely, until he regained his complete consciousness and power level. Already, he claimed to be stronger than most of the people he ran into. How much stronger would he be when he remembered who he was? Her lips twitched delicately across her face as silence sat, heavy, between them.
Then, he tried to make her laugh, knocking his own head lightly with his hand. A brow twitched curiously over one eye and she tilted her head to the side, still smiling. He was so light, so full of life, so completely opposite of her dour Lord and his strict rules. She couldn’t help but enjoy being around him and his silly behaviors. Giving a light shrug of her shoulders, she turned her gaze up to the sky, easily able to recall the faces of her own family, abandoned and dead.
“Memories are a precious thing. I could not imagine losing them all.” She spoke, softly, thoughtfully. She could remember how her mother used to tuck her in at night, the silly little saying she and her sisters would share with each other, the contests they would have with the other slave children to see who was the best. “I suppose, though, not knowing what you have helps to keep you from any particular sadness.”
She chuckled, more to herself than to this stranger, and let her head loll to one side, her gaze falling from the infinite sky back to this tattooed stranger before her. She was still smiling, though her gaze seemed distant, less cold than it often was. She was thinking about being human again, about all of the things she had learned and come to love as a little girl. “Besides. There are a lot of Saiyans here for the Tournament. Surely one of them will recognize that tail of yours.”

He caught something in her voice that seemed off... But what he couldn't place his finger on. Not knowing what you have helps to keep you from any particular sadness? I wonder what she meant by that? There was something more behind those words than he could even begin to wonder about. He wanted to ask but had gotten the impression that she might not want to talk about it... Maybe he would ask her later. Then she made a comment a Saiyan recognizing his tail... How did she know that he had taken it?
"It was an accident and honestly I don't know how it happened! I was just walking along and some Ass of a Saiyan bumped into me and I sprouted a tail so what is this really not a normal thing?"
Then he stopped waiting for an answer before he realized that he would look at himself like a crazy person if he was the one watching.
"Uh... Well, by that I mean that uhm, I don't think any of the Saiyan's will recognize me and if one does it might be because I knocked him on his ass... and well... he probably won't be doing the Tournament, BUT, to be fair he did start it. I just... ended it."
Angel laughed at his own lame joke and rubbed the back of hi head again, this time with his hand and not his tail.

The defensiveness surprised her. She had expected him to be a normal Saiyan, gifted with monkey characteristics based on his power level, but here he was, rambling about having sprouted a tail. Her brows furrowed curiously over her eyes as she began to scan her databases, trying to figure out what creature could sprout a Saiyan tail… simply by touch. “I, um…. Hmmm…” she muttered, thoughtfully. She wanted to know exactly what he was, but asking outright would serve her no good. He had no memories, she told herself, so he most likely could not recall where he had come from or what, exactly, he was.
“Sir Angel, if that tail of yours is not entirely organic, you may want to keep that a secret between you and me. You should either rid yourself of it, if you can, so that your people can find you… Or perhaps you should keep it and masquerade as a Saiyan.” She offered something akin to a smile, tilting her head to one side. “Just my advice.”
Whatever he was, he was a rarity. She almost wanted to help him find his people, if for no other reason, then to answer her own, personal questions. Who was he? What was he? What could he possibly hope to accomplish here? What was he ABLE to accomplish? While he seemed powerful, and she had few doubts about his capabilities, she also felt like he was ignorant to the forces that gathered upon Namek for the Tournament. She could only hope that the monsters would leave this precious soul alone.

Not entirely organic? Wonder what she meant by that? He looked at her curiously then wiggled his tail to appear in front of him and he inspected it. It looked and felt organic but was it? He hadn't really thought about it. He looked at her and with his tail in front of him took a step forward and he hesitated.
"May I?"
He would ask her to see if he permission to approach her. He wanted her to feel his tail, maybe she knew what it was suppose to feel like? Hell if he knew. If she gave permission he would walk over to her with his tail out so she could touch it. If she did all of his hair would turn the same teal color as hers! If not he would just stand there embarrassed and apologize.
