Her energy would gather into her hand one more time and Onyan would unleash one more massive lion-head-energy-punch!

Finally the creature was fully obliterated! Chaya was on her knee's breathing heavy. Blood from her nose was down her chin and she refused to open one of her eyes.

Her body was screaming for a nap. Like a 5 day nap.
But that didn't matter right now. She'd stumble over to Chaya, powering down to conserve what was left of her energy. The concern on her face was much more evident now.
"Hey...how are you feeling? Are you okay?"

"I... I think I'm okay now... The voices aren't so bad. I'm in a lot of pain though."
Chaya grinned through red stained teeth. She could also really use a nap.

The disconnect would work and Chaya would collapse. Not unconscious, but very drained.
"Thank you. I was so scared..."
She would look at Onyan a bit of a shimmer to her eyes.
"I was afraid I might hurt you or Maiz."

"That won't happen." Onyan would say quickly, pushing herself to not look weak or tired. For the moment she had to be a pillar.

Onyan would nod. She absolutely agreed, but...
"Chaya. We believe in each other, okay?" she'd say firmly. Whatever her answer, if she answers, Onyan would help her back to the ship.
