"All I can really tell is the war between Plant and Vegeta may not be the natural order. There is too much instigation from outside forces. Don't get distracted by what is obvious."

“That’s unfortunate.” She pondered and weighed her choices. Maybe she should have a better talk with Planet Vegeta’s guardian.
“Would it be too much to ask about the man’s father?” She won’t pry into Malum’s heritage, she felt if Malum wanted her to know she would have said so when nen asked about her prior. But this was something else. With his father trying to flee from his post she figured of their was a story it would be under some heavy circumstances.

The North Kai grunted and closed his eyes again.
"He goes by Ashen Varlineau in the mortal realm. You know him as The Grand Kai."

She couldn’t help but near leap back and the gravity of the planet took her moment of weakness and tried to buckle her knees.
“Oooh heavens!” She exclaimed her hands went to her knees to keep herself from falling. She felt she should not have heard that bit of Information. She would catch her breath before raising herself back up.
“You can’t mean… the very same? He’s so stalwart and strict on all accounts. Even as I last saw him on my own appointed to guardianship… oh… oh.” She realized why it was so important and what she had so naively said. Her cheeks flushed with embarrassment from there it rose a wave of warmth over her eyes and up to the top of her head just a few shades darker than her dusk hue.

North Kai raises an eye brow and looks at Nen. Seems they had an interesting exchange, but either way.
"Yes, he was willing to walk away from his duties to spend the short life span of a mortal woman by her side on Myria."
It was always a surprise to think about, even for North. Nen was correct with her assumption of his work ethic and stalwart attitude. Thus the dangerous power of connections between Kai and mortals should a bond be formed. All sorts of rules get broken.

“You’ve given me much to consider and prepare for, Thank you North Kai.” She weighed her new information with considerable thought it was plain on her face. So much so she almost forgot to give a proper thanks to him.
Realizing her haste she let down her hands to her abdomen and bowed to him. “Yes this new information can be of use to me I once again am grateful to you.”

"Helping you, helps us all, Guardian Nen. Don't worry about it."
King Kai would nod at Nen's formal training.

She looked at Melum and her smile fell a little.
“How does our kind view children like Melum and that boy? Surely they are not the only ones?” She would ask.

North Kai would glance over as well before resting his red eyes on Nen once more.
"They are rare, and it's not like we have true ill will towards them, it just seems to go against nature. We are beings meant to look after mortals as a more personal guardian than what Gods can offer, but does that make us more like them or more like a mortal? Is it an inevitable outcome since it could happen to someone like Grand Kai, or a random happenstance since it can happen to a Guardian? Should we judge them due to the circumstance of their birth?"
North Kai would unfold his arms and gesture widely with both arms.
"Look at me, I fell and was corrupted as a Makaioshin at one point, yet could redeem myself enough to reach a position like Kai of the North. I think at best our people are confused and are used to seeing in black and white, right and wrong, so they want to make these children something to be seen as right and wrong. Why?"

“I love the mortals on my planet.” She sighed. “But they have done wrong. I can actually forgive them if I see them do something to right that wrong real easily.“
She looked at him. “For us that line is so starkly defined. Could you tell me a bit about your redemption north Kai? I fear I only know second hand. How easily was it to fall and even… come back from corruption?l

North Kai would smirk.
"West Kai and I are born Kai. Two Kai joined together and birthed us. We were the first to be born this way. My mother is Chrona, The Supreme Kai of Time and my father was a Guardian of a Planet called Cereal. The Supreme Kai thought Cereal at the time would be the best place to keep the door to the Demon Realm. So my sister and I spent most of our time with our father learning how to protect the mortals and keep an eye on the traffic to and from the demon realm."
He would take a breath.
"However, we were unprepared when a true Makai stepped through. The magic they wielded, the ability to corrupt the hearts around them, they amassed a dark army and before anyone else could interfere, our father was killed while closing the door, trapping the Makai on our side and his army. Witnessing that caused our hearts to be filled with hatred, and we used dark magic and knowledge to cause massive damage to the world and it's people on our path of revenge."
He would shake his head.
"I'm not sure how long it lasted, West and I proclaimed ourselves rulers of the planet. We made every decision for the people, who lived and died, who ate or starved. We lived lavishly and could only stomach looking at the mortals for so long a day. Eventually our mother was able to step in with Grand Kai and set things straight. To seek redemption Chrona took us to her planet and we guarded Toki Toki, and trained with the Time Patrol. Eventually, we even tried using the Time scrolls to change the events of our fathers death. However, we discovered that his sacrifice saved our younger selves and many billions of lives. With our eyes opened to the truth we were able to accept it and spend the rest of our time fully redeeming ourselves as Time Patrollers, then trainee's to be Guardians ourselves."

“So… it really was just a change of heart.” How simple and relieving. There was a lot of information she had now from that but more importantly it made her feel like you simply had to want to change and then act. For revered Guardians of north and west to have come so far it really was telling to their age. Maybe she can do the same for that boy.
“Your journeys through the ages are a tale worth telling.” She complimented she sighed a bit more troubled than before. She could not know what came in the future maybe she can continue to carry what she has learned and hope it doesn’t make history repeat again. But if she had the chance she hoped she would be given the opportunity to maybe create a change.
She smiled gently and looked at the North Kai with a bow and would motion to the dragon ball with a nod as she spoke. “I think I will give this back to the mortals. I also think that we are grateful to have your wisened gaze on us I think I will try and keep it in mind when dealing with future events.”

North Kai would nod.
"As simple a choice as it sounds, turning against your own mind and upturning your beliefs completely is a struggle. Even now the thoughts sit idle in my mind. Even though I know what I'm doing now is good, there is a sense of injustice sitting there, waiting for a weak moment."
This was more a warning to Nen, things change, but never completely.

Nen gave a nod hearing his tone and seeing his gaze.
“One more thing before I go. Caffra, the woman who channeled the full brunt of the awful power from this is now seemingly comatose.” She shook her head. “How can she recover?”

King Kai would take in a breath and smile for the first time looking at Nen.
"The Dragon Ball had been manipulated through Magic, but that manipulation was the work of infusing evil intentions into it. Turning the Dragon Balls magic heart Evil and manipulating it did the same to Caffra, who by all record is a Pure soul. Try and release the potential of her Pure Heart. I'm sure that will reverse the struggle she is experiencing internally. It's keeping her from awakening as the foreign aspect of evil intentions forced into her fight against the Pure feelings and intentions of her true self."
