Mojo would settle in to float meditatively in the shadows, focusing his awareness on his surroundings, Miji and its pillow in his lap, staff in hand.
((Don't worry about me, Mojo won't be doing much else until Nen/Other Kai either finish their conversation or directly involve him once more))

"My name is Kyber Varlineau, Kai."
The boy says resisting some impulses. Should Nen try to introduce herself she would be cut off.
"I don't wish to know your name. Ask your questions."

“That is quite a handsome name.” She smiled gently. “But no questions from me… while I have plenty in all fairness. I do not want to make this about me or what I want. I’ve already done plenty of that by making you stay and halting your objective.”
She took a step forward closer to him she wanted to see his gaze. “No… just help me understand by telling me your side of the story I don’t think anyone considers your point in full validity and that’s unfair. You deserve better, so give me a chance.”

"Tch."
He sucks air through his teeth for a moment looking Nen up and down a bit before folding his arms. Showing that his hands are staying away from his sword, as is a custom on Myria.
"My father was once Guardian of Myria and fell in love with my mother. A Mythrosian warrior who had reached a Silver rank and had done many great deeds for our people, specifically saving the planet its self from inevitable destruction as a rogue planet was dead set on colliding with Myria. I was born and he made the choice to give up his duties to live with my mother and I. However this angered the grand Priest and The so called God's of Law and Balance. As such he was taken away for punishment never to see us again, even though to us a mortal life span is like the blink of an eye the Gods couldn't even be bothered to allow him the courtesy to spend thirty years with us."
He'd spit to the side.
"What great and honorable beings they must be to deprive such feelings of unity and love from a mortal for the rest of their life that I had to watch my mother slowly die longing to hear his voice just one more time. That I was left to wonder what I did wrong for being born, until it so obviously was presented to me in the legends of my people. Gods bleed. They make mistakes, they are imperfect. So I will draw them out, and make them bleed."

Nen placed a hand over her heart and her gaze turned sad and hurt.
“Yes… I’m beginning to see now.” She breathed. “Your father warned me about how strong love can be without knowing this story… I called it an act of greed.”
“I saw mortals as a whole. I dreamed of becoming a guardian and made this plan to be amongst them. I risk walking a dangerous line to have a greater understanding of it all.” She clutched her robes.
“I think I feel myself slipping sometimes, even now I’m willing to take a risk… so is there nothing that can sway your current path for a better one?” She would ask and offer this chance. If he can find it in his heart to trust her maybe she can help him reunite to his father or reach a place where he can be accepted and the bridge can be made. He doesn’t have to be alone.

"Tch, your time is up."
He would turn and wave a hand creating a portal of dark shadow like energy. He'd stop in front of it.
"I know there are Two Dragon Balls on this planet. You can keep it that way until I need them."
And he would step through and the portal would close.

the portal closed and her knees gave as she exhaled. She fell in the dirt and tried to catch her breath.
“That could have gone so badly.” She lamented.
Her eye caught the ashes remains of the corpse that was lying on the ground.
“Was it cruel to you, that I said what I did?” She grieved and she prayed for them, for them to forgive her, and to have a peaceful passing.
She would stand after a few moments of calm. She took a deep breath to fight back some tears that would gloss her eyes while she collected her energies to teleport to Mojo.
The mountain phased out and the city phased in. She looked and saw her friend. “Oh h-heavens, I could have sent you just about any place… I’m so sorry Mojo.”

Mojo opened his eyes to look at Nen, shaking his head.
"No harm was done so no apology is needed, Guardian Nen. May I ask who that was? The energy felt vaguely familiar but faintly in my mind; I am unsure how or where."

“It was the boy from before.” She sighed and lowered her voice. “He is actively collecting ‘those’ for unknown reasons… but… I don’t know.”
She lowered her head and her face turned into the most deepest feeling of sorrow. “It’s too soon to say… I just… I want to give him a chance. I know what he’s done but I understand his anger too. It wasn’t his fault.”

Mojo would actually raise a hand and rest it on her shoulder, face gone passive.
"Guar... Nen. Do what you can, but don't let it tear you apart. A change to a personality like you speak of requires for the person in question to be willing themselves."
Mojo's eyes would stay focused on hers.
"I was to be an assassin, a true living weapon, and the moment of my freedom I did kill. I've killed since, for one reason or another, though never needlessly, until the last few years where I determined my own goal. That was something deeply personal and I chose to let go of that anger myself. I still feel it sometimes: the desire to hunt down the remnants of those who experimented on me, their funders, their connections that enabled them.
"But it was MY decision. As it is his. If he refuses to listen, then that is on him, not you. Do NOT let it tear you down."

She looked up at Mojo and her face turned a little shocked to hear this information from the Mojo she knew. But she processed and pondered his words and how she should react to them. She breathes deep.
Mortals always choose these paths and sometimes they feel they have to snuff out the lives of each other to achieve or gain something. Even as she sits in her GMS she watches innocent lives snuffed out for very little reason. She accepts it. It could be fate and it could be anything to explain it but mortals are just apart of that balance.
Mojo was wronged and even as it sits this in not entirely black and white. She was not but a guardian and can’t dictate who goes where when they meet their end. It just has to happen. This is a new perspective on how she sees Mojo but it doesn’t change the fact he has don’t good and is being given the chance to do so.
“Do you consider the ones who you indirectly hurt when you made your choice?” She would ask. “I-I don’t mean that to scold you… I just am curious what if the son or daughter of a man you might have slain finds you and wishes you dead… what might you do?”

Mojo would blink slowly.
"At the time, I was lost in my rage and did not consider it. I likely would have killed those who directly participated in my creation even if I had thought of that at the time.
To them, those family members who may come after me, if given the chance to explain, I would."
Mojo's hand would release his new staff and tap the side of his head with two fingers.
"Observations. Recordings. Instructions. Materials used. Schematics. Every bit of how I was crafted and changed, Nen, is in my head. Videos, text, images. One of the last things done to me, to serve as reference material to create more in the future, perhaps, or to simply be able to repair and upgrade myself in the field as needed. I have all of that in my memory, my technologically enhanced and connected memory. It is a closed system; I would need a physical connection to actively show the contents to another. But I can recite. I can explain. For the vocal recordings I can even do it in the voices of those who tormented me."

“No.” She said flatly and broke eye contact with her friend. “I think I just want to get back to the GMS. Maybe I’ll plan another visit off world to seek counsel with my superiors.”
“Thank you for telling me though. I don’t think less of you, you have your own choices to make and consequences, good and bad, to face. That is what being Mortal is about.” She breathed deeply. “I’m just here to protect the ground you make them on.”

Mojo would release Nen's shoulder, grabbing his staff back up in his other hand.
"I would never recite such things to you, Nen. To those who come for my head out of the belief I am a monster, though, I will, in an attempt to resolve the situation without violence and make them understand my point of view. And if they didn't listen, I would attempt to subdue them without lethal measures; as I said that is a part of my life I am attempting to leave behind. But..."
Mojo would pause for a time.
"Not everyone in the world... does. Just keep that in mind my friend. And consider what you would do to defend yourself, your charges, what you care for, if forced into a corner. That is the situation I was in. And I do pray you are never put into such a corner yourself."
At that Mojo would look around, face softening, habitual small smile slipping onto his face.
"Though Guardian Nen... where, exactly, are we? And where would the GMS be, from here?"

She looked around. “Oh we met near here so the GMS is not far but I can Teleport us there, I promise I wont send you alone into an unknown location this time.” She smirked sheepishly and held out her hand for him.
